Creatures of Sonaria Items and Plushies

Species get the trailers. Items decide whether a species is playable. Creatures of Sonaria inventory is a pile of plushies, tokens, palettes, materials, gacha spins, and event currencies that people casually call “stuff.” This page names the pile so guides can stay on verbs. Plushies

You can equip up to two plushies on a stored creature. Effects stack when the card says they stack, and they do not when the card says they do not. Aerix is the growth-speed plushie. People buy it to adult faster and to run more mutation attempts per hour. Two Aerix is a common grow-only pair.

Octroma doubles the base chance of age and nesting mutations. It does not double traits. It does not stack with itself. It shows up in event shops for Robux and in Trade Realm for Shooms. If you are trait hunting with tokens, Octroma is the wrong spend; if you are hunting Glimmer, it is the right one.

Event plushies rotate: Smore Cat and Ember Spirit from campfires, seasonal mut boosters (Fool’s Gold, Clownfish, blossom variants), satiation helpers that feed you while you drink. Read the stacking line. A 6% extra mut chance is not a second Octroma.

Plushies are tradable more often than people expect. Buy them after you can farm Shooms, not as your first Robux panic.

Tokens

Partial and max growth tokens skip age. They also block growth mutations on that slot. Use them as a seatbelt for a keeper species or as a trait-farm accelerator. Do not use them on a glowtail project. How to grow is the long version.

Revive tokens put a dead stored creature back. They matter more once the slot has muts you would pay Shooms to keep.

Appearance tokens and gacha spin tokens are cosmetics and lottery tickets. Weak Glimmer tokens from old codes are not the same as a natural Glimmer roll; read the item text.

Trial creature tokens let you play a body you do not own. Great for starter practice. Bad as a Trade Realm plan.

Palettes, materials, and looks

Star Rain, Calacatta Marble, campfire palettes, and signature looks are paint. They change Trade Realm screenshots and do not change weight. Codes love these rewards. If a seller prices a species as if paint were a mut, hover the icons and walk. How to trade covers mimics.

Gacha and event shops

Main-menu gacha pools eat Shooms and sometimes Robux. Event shops eat event currency (pearls and other seasonal piles during Summer Paradise). Rotation store species are often a cleaner buy than a blind spin if you already know the diet from the diet checklist.

Tikits and specialty gacha (royalty, celestial, mystery) are late-account sinks. Ignore them until the ten-species Trade Realm door is open and you can survive a bad spin.

A sane buy order

1. Food knowledge. Free.
2. A replaceable starter body.
3. Aerix if growth is the bottleneck.
4. Octroma if mutations are the bottleneck.
5. Paint after the slot is a keeper.

Items are multipliers on habits you already have. They will not sniff for you. Keep how to survive above the shop, and let the inventory support a creature you already understand.
